General

Propix is a graphic design and creative studio in Jaipur. We design brand identities, logos, social media creatives, packaging, advertising and marketing creatives, print work, presentations and invitations for businesses.

Graphic design, branding and brand identity, logo design, social media design, packaging design, advertising and marketing creatives, print design and presentation design. You can see the full breakdown on our services page.

Propix is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Most of our work is done remotely over calls, shared files and review rounds, and we meet in person in Jaipur when a project calls for it.

Yes. Design work travels well. We share files, run review calls and deliver print-ready artwork to whichever printer or platform you use, wherever you are.

Yes. We work with businesses across India, and Jaipur simply happens to be where the studio sits. Timelines, review rounds and delivery formats stay the same regardless of city.

Startups, small and established businesses, schools and educational institutions, jewellery brands, manufacturers, hospitality and real estate businesses, e-commerce and personal brands, local businesses, and marketing agencies that need design support.

Services

Yes. We design original logos, redesign existing ones, and build full logo systems: primary and secondary lockups, a standalone mark, one-colour versions and the file formats you will actually need. See logo design.

Yes. A full identity covers the logo system, colour and typography systems, layout and image direction, and a guidelines document so the identity holds together after we hand it over. See branding and brand identity.

Yes. Posts, carousels, story sets, highlight covers and profile design. We usually design them as a system with reusable templates, so the feed stays consistent rather than drifting post by post.

Yes. Campaigns are designed as a set: a launch piece, supporting posts, story formats and any ad sizes needed, all sharing one visual idea.

Yes. Product packaging, labels, pouches, boxes and product presentation artwork, supplied as print-ready files with bleeds and marks set up for your printer's dieline. See packaging design.

Yes. Brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, business cards and corporate stationery, prepared properly for print.

Yes. Pitch decks, investor presentations, company and capability decks, and sales presentations, including editable master templates your team can keep using.

We have delivered film and motion work alongside design, including event films and campaign videos. You can see examples in the motion section of our work page.

Yes. Invitation suites are a regular part of our print work: covers, function cards, RSVP and save-the-date pieces, designed as one family and supplied for both print and digital sharing.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the project rather than a fixed rate card. The things that move the number are: the type of project, the number of deliverables, how complex the work is, the timeline, how many concept directions you want to see, the number of revision rounds included, and whether the work is one-off or ongoing. Send us the brief and we will quote against it.

We quote per project rather than publishing fixed packages, because two logo projects can differ by a factor of five in scope. For ongoing work, a monthly retainer with an agreed deliverable count is usually the simplest arrangement.

What you need designed, how many pieces, where it will be used, when you need it, and anything that already exists (logo, guidelines, previous artwork). That is usually enough for an accurate quote.

Project & payment terms

A project is confirmed once the scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms have been agreed in writing and any agreed advance has been received. Work is scheduled from the date of confirmation, not the date of first enquiry.

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before a project commences, and are recorded in the project confirmation. Terms vary with project size, duration and whether the engagement is one-off or ongoing, so we do not apply a single fixed structure to every project.

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, defined in the scope before work starts. A round means consolidated feedback from your side, returned in one go, rather than individual comments arriving over several days. Revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or changes that fall outside the original brief, are quoted separately. We do not offer unlimited revisions, because undefined scope is the most common reason design projects stall.

Timelines depend on the scope of the project, the number of deliverables, how quickly feedback comes back, and the number of approval cycles involved. We give an estimated schedule at confirmation and update it if the inputs change.

Design schedules are built around agreed feedback dates. If feedback or approvals arrive later than agreed, the delivery date moves by at least the length of the delay, and sometimes further if the studio calendar has shifted in the meantime. We will always tell you the revised date rather than let it drift silently.

Either side may cancel a project in writing. On cancellation, work completed up to that point is chargeable in proportion to the stage reached, and any amount already paid is adjusted against it. Work in progress at the point of cancellation is not handed over as final artwork unless it has been paid for in full. Specific cancellation terms for a given project are set out in that project's confirmation.

Files, ownership & usage

Final deliverables are supplied in the formats agreed in the project scope. Whether editable or working source files are included, and in which formats, is agreed as part of that scope before work begins. Where source files are not part of the original scope, they can usually be released separately by agreement.

Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables are agreed as part of the project scope. Final approved artwork and editable source files may carry different terms, so both are specified in the confirmation rather than assumed. Unused concepts and directions that were not selected remain with the studio.

Some projects use third-party licensed assets such as fonts, stock photography, illustrations, icons or plugins. These carry their own licences from their providers, and those licences may need to be held or renewed in your name depending on how the artwork is used. We will tell you which assets in a project are licensed and what the licence covers.

Yes, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Propix may display completed work in its portfolio, on this website and on its social channels. If a project is confidential, under embargo until a launch date, or contains personal details you would rather not publish, tell us and we will exclude it or publish only a redacted version.

No. This page explains how we usually work so there are no surprises. It is not legal advice and does not replace the written scope and terms agreed for your specific project, which is the document that governs it.
