What this page covers
This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
The only place this site asks for personal information is the enquiry form on the contact page. It collects your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your preferred timeline and the project details you write.
We use that information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to run the project. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
This is a static website. It does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run an analytics script by default. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say which service is used and what it records.
Your web host records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as part of operating the server.
Third-party content
Some pages embed content from services we do not control:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.
- YouTube supplies video thumbnails, and video players open only when you click to play. We use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie domain for playback.
- Instagram links open on Instagram's own site.
Those services apply their own privacy policies when you load or interact with their content.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us through the details on the contact page.
Portfolio images on this site
Work shown in our portfolio is published with client permission, and personal contact details printed on client artwork, such as RSVP phone numbers and residential addresses, have been obscured before publishing. If you are a client and want a piece removed or further redacted, tell us and we will do it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
