About these terms
These terms cover the use of this website. The commercial terms for a design project are agreed separately in writing for each project, and those project terms are what govern the work. A plain-language summary of how we usually handle payment, revisions, delivery, cancellation, source files and ownership is on the FAQ page.

Using this website
You may browse this site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts of it, or reproduce the design work shown in the portfolio, without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Propix name, logo and mascot, the design of this website, and all portfolio artwork shown here remain the property of Propix or of the respective client, as applicable. Portfolio work is published for the purpose of showing what the studio has produced.
Portfolio and client work
Work shown here has been produced by Propix for clients. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Propix may display completed work in its portfolio and on its social channels. Clients who want a project kept private, held until a launch date, or shown only in redacted form should tell us, and we will honour that.
Project terms
Design projects are governed by the scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms agreed in writing before work begins. That document takes precedence over anything written on this website. Key points we apply consistently:
- A project is confirmed once scope and terms are agreed in writing and any agreed advance has been received.
- Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before a project commences.
- Projects include a defined number of revision rounds. We do not offer unlimited revisions.
- Delivery timelines assume feedback and approvals arrive on the agreed dates. Delays on either side move the schedule.
- Whether editable source files are included, and the ownership terms for final approved deliverables, are set out in each project's scope.
- Third-party licensed assets such as fonts, stock images and plugins carry their own licences, which may need to be held in the client's name.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current. Service descriptions here are a guide, not an offer, and are confirmed in a written quote.
External links
This site links to client Instagram profiles and YouTube videos. We are not responsible for content on those external sites.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Propix is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
